All hair color clients will be charged a non refundable $100 deposit upon booking an appointment charged to the card placed on file . The deposit is to hold your appointment slot & can be used toward your scheduled appointment but is NOT transferred if you must cancel or reschedule , you will be required to place a new deposit . All cancellations must be made atleast 72 hours before the scheduled appointment or will be charged a cancellation fee . If you must cancel or need to reschedule , use the confirmation email or contact salon for assistance . No Call no shows: ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL PAY 100 % Of the Booked service and not allowed to reschedule again until fee is paid. Please communicate atleast 72 hours before if you won’t be coming in to avoid this fee. Late policy : Please be on time to your appointment . If you are running late please contact the salon. There is a grace period of 10 minutes ,if you are any later we will need to reschedule and you will be charged a cancellation fee or subjected to late fees. This salon does not offer refunds or exchanges If you realize you don’t love your hair ,I am more than happy to adjust it for you free of charge as long as you contact the salon the week of the original appointment. Anything past a week would be considered a new appointment scheduled
